Orders, Payments & Returns

All prepared food and beverage sales are final, and El Jibarito does not accept returns. If your order is incorrect, missing an item, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at el.jibarito2020@gmail.com or (774) 644-4938. Any replacement, credit, refund, or void is handled by the restaurant on a case-by-case basis and as required by law.
